This policy is formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-5571, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.

It is an integral part of the website's regulations.

1. Canceling a transaction before delivery

1.1 You can cancel an order before the product is delivered for delivery or before self-collection.

2. Canceling a transaction after delivery / return request

2.1 A new unused product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2.2 תנאי החזרה:

The product in its original and complete packaging

It has not been used

Proof of purchase is attached

The customer returns the product at his own expense (except in the case of a defect)

2.3 לאחר שהמוצר יתקבל וייבדק, תתבצע החזרה כספית בניכוי:

Cancellation fee (5% or NIS 100 - whichever is lower)

The original shipping cost (40 NIS)

3. Non-returnable products

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law - there is no return or cancellation at all for custom-made products.

Products manufactured according to the customer's request

Specially ordered handmade products

From the moment the personalization work has begun - it is not possible to cancel the transaction.

4. Defective products or a mistake in the order

4.1 If a damaged or incorrect product is received - it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it.

4.3 In the event of a defect or error on our part - no cancellation fees or shipping costs will be charged.

5. How to make a refund

5.1 ההחזר יתבצע באותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה:

Credit to credit card

Refund by bank transfer

No cash refunds will be given

5.2 זמן ביצוע זיכוי: עד 7 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת המוצר חזרה.

5.3 The refund will be made only after checking the completeness and integrity of the product.

6. Deferral of return or additional deduction

החזר כספי עשוי להידחות או להיות מופחת אם:

The product is used

There is wear or damage

The packaging is not original or parts are missing

The product does not meet the conditions of the Consumer Protection Law
