1. General

1.3 These regulations are formulated in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law and the Privacy Protection Law, and constitute a binding agreement between the user and the owner.

2. The purpose of the site

2.1 The website enables the purchase of sacred utensils, mezuzahs, tefillin, Torah scrolls, related products, writing and preparation services, as well as direct contact for professional advice.

2.2 All information, products and services on the website are offered as they are ("As Is"), according to the inventory and updates detailed on the website.

3. Eligibility to use the website

3.1 The use of the website is permitted for anyone over the age of 18. A minor may make a purchase only with the consent of a guardian.

3.2 The company may deny any user access or cancel a transaction if use is made that is illegal, misleading, offensive or contrary to the regulations.

4. Making an order and payment

4.1 A purchase on the website will be made by entering the customer's details, selecting products, making a payment and confirming an order.

4.2 The confirmation of the order will be sent to the email or SMS entered.

4.3 Payment will be made using the means offered on the website (credit card/transfer/bit according to the system).

The site does not store credit card details - payment is made by a secure clearing provider.

4.4 The owner may prevent or cancel an order if incorrect details have been given, no authorization has been given, or there is a fear of fraud.

5. Supply and deliveries

5.1 The shipping policy is an integral part of these regulations and can be viewed on the "Shipping Policy" page.

6. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

6.2 A product can be returned in its original packaging and unused up to 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the Consumer Protection Law.

6.3 It is not possible to cancel or return customized products, including engraving, embossing or specially ordered works - once the customization work has begun.

6.4 Refunds will be made less a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100 (whichever is lower), and less shipping costs.

6.5 In case of a defective product - the customer is obliged to report within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Warranty for products

7.1 Each product is written, tested and sold while adhering to high halachic and professional standards.

7.2 There may be a natural difference between handmade items, and this is not a defect.

7.3 The owner is not responsible for damages caused as a result of improper use or in violation of the instructions.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All content on the website, including texts, photos, graphics, videos, designs and logos - are the exclusive property of Amram Ross |

8.2 Do not copy, reproduce, distribute or make commercial use of any content from the website without express written permission.

9. Privacy and information security

9.1 The use of the website is subject to the "privacy policy" of the website, which is part of the regulations.

9.2 Personal information is stored in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law and accepted information security procedures.

10. Limitation of liability

10.2 The owner is not responsible for delays or damages originating from the shipping company.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 Only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to the use of the website and these regulations.

11.2 The exclusive jurisdiction will be in the competent court in Netanya or in the central district.
